Meal Prepping Snacks

The number one question I have received since I started losing weight has been "how do you stay so dedicated?" Well my friends, meal prep. Meal prep is the dirty little chore that makes for one successful week. I meal prep every single Sunday, and I never miss. When I do, I am a mess. Since I do a lot to meal prep and make sure I am prepared, I am going to go post about what I do for meal prep in a series. First up: snacks!
